we ask that all runners provide some basic information before joining us on a run


Please complete the form below before your first run with us, the information will be securely stored digitally and accessed only by the coach or leader should a medical incident or emergency occur on a run.

All runners are responsible for their own safety while out with the group, and we expect everyone to run safely - be it navigating over tree routes, or crossing roads. Our coach or run leader will organise the group and alert everyone to any major safety issues before and whilst out. We also ask that you look after fellow runners and alert a leader if you feel there is a medical, or other, issue occurring. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated.

Appropriate kit, such as suitable running shoes and weather appropriate clothing are expected.

If you have any medical conditions the coach or run leader needs to be aware of, please advise us using the form below and on the day, if new. Please submit a new form should your medical condition change at any time.

regular run schedule

Monday 8.45am - Perfect for those getting back into running or wanting a relaxed pace - come join us for a no pressure trail run approx 4 miles. Meet Nutley Memorial Hall

Thursday 2pm - For the more regular runner, distance approx 10k trails. Still a chatty social run! Meet Nutley Memorial Hall

Saturday 8am - Wake up the weekend! Usually a longer run for 90 minutes or so. Meet at Fords Green, Nutley


Please note: Our run schedule is different in the school holidays. The schedule is communicated to everyone on our WhatsApp group an a regular basis. Individuals also post on the WhatsApp group if they are running and are happy to run with others when they go.
